RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All unworn, unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all items are exactly how you received them with tags still attached.

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be responsible by customer. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.

Note: We do not offer free return shipping. Any item marked as SALE cannot be refunded / exchanged. Bespoke / Custom Made items cannot be refunded / exchanged. 

Refund

Once our quality control team has approved the return stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period. If you do make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

B-NARY reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse

Exchange

Exchange orders will ship within 48 hours of the original item being received back. In the event of manufacturing defects, please email us at hey@b-nary.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

If items are defective, please email us at hey@b-nary.com with the following details:

1. Your order number
2. The matter of issue (eg: incorrect / defective item)
3. Pictures / videos

Ensure that details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be ignored.

Exchanges are not allowed if the price difference is more than the original purchase item. You will have to top it up otherwise.

 

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable

Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed; We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
Please note: If our customer service team receives a non-returnable item, we will send back the item to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
